refund & return policy

At Wildflower Ceramics, we want you to love every piece you bring into your space. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please note, this policy applies to all purchases made directly from Wildflower Ceramics, including products, workshops and bookings.

 

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

+260 771 246 142 with your order number and photos of the item if applicable.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

 

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom or personalised orders (including names, dates or made‑to‑measure sets).

Sale or clearance items clearly marked as non‑refundable.

Workshop bookings that have already been attended.

 

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, but we’re a small studio and we begin preparing orders and workshops soon after you book.

 

Cancelling Product Orders

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not already been shipped.

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If the order has already shipped, please follow the Returns process above.

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at wildflower.zambia@gmail.com or +260 771 246 142 with your order number.

 

Cancelling Workshop Bookings

Workshop bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance can receive either:

a full refund, or

a credit towards a future workshop, depending on your preference.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the workshop, or no‑shows, are not eligible for a refund, as materials and studio time have already been allocated.
